this background is a "anime" wallpaper made back in July of 2005. i've found this scan on Mini Tokyo before they changed over and started to suck... i love this scan that i found, she is not from an anime, i personly dont know where she is from, but 1 thing i do know that the artist made this girl blind becouse there was a huge debate on her eyes... so yeah, you be the judge, lol....
ive did it on PSP 8 while i was still learning it... so injoy, comment if you like *smiles*
